To remove the hair by the root it must be at least 1/4 inch
or 6 mm long Longer hair should be trimmed to this length

Apply the sugaring paste in the direction of the hair

applied

Pull the strip back sharply against the direction of the
hair growth Do not lift the strip up or out away from the
skin

When heating the paste, either by microwave or oven, be
absolutely sure the paste is just warm to the touch not hot
