Catnip: A Stomach Soother

When many of us think of catnip, we conjure up images of cats
playing with catnip filled toys or cats wallowing on the floor

A perennial herb of the mint family, catnip usually grows to be
about 3-5 feet high From June to September, it flowers in
radiant white with purple spots

Spoon one tablespoon of dried catnip into a mug Add one cup of
boiling water and let steep before drinking Take 1 to 2 times
